News Highlights:
Online election of 2025 Board Members and Architectural Board Members was conducted in early January. Lori Friedman, Amy Pemberton, Diana Summers and Sim Ford were re-elected to the Board of Directors. Terry Palazzi, Matt Krycinski, Jon Jenkins and Mike Bradbury were re-elected to the Architectural Control Board.
HOA fees for each lot are $75 per month.
