News Highlights:
Online election of 2026 Board Members and Architectural Board Members was conducted in early January. Lori Friedman, Amy Pemberton, Brittany Gilbert and Sim Ford were elected to the Board of Directors. Terry Palazzi, Matt Krycinski, Jon Jenkins and Mike Bradbury were re-elected to the Architectural Control Board.
HOA fees for each lot are $75 per month.
